Republic Street

Republic Street is a lovely pedestrian street that runs through the centre of Valletta Malta.  The Valletta Bus Terminus, City Gates and Triton Fountain are located at the western end of the street while Fort Elmo is at the eastern end.

Visitors to Malta should definitely include a stroll along Republic Street in their itineraries.  It is the primary shopping street in Valletta.
